Jade | Tumbled

Jade is a name shared by two distinctly different minerals- Nephrite a calcium magnesium silicate, and Jadeite, a sodium aluminum silicate. The name was accidentally derived from a misprint in a French translation, where "piedra de yjada" (stone of the loin) became "pierre le jade".
